Loaded Grilled Mushroom Caps

  1. To make the Dressing: Combine the bacon oil, olive oil,maple vinegar and sea salt.
  2. Set aside till ready to use
  3. To make the Mushrooms: Preheat grill to medium heat
  4. Wipe any dirt off mushrooms and remove stalk
  5. Get your slices of ham, tomato and cheese ready
  6. Brush grill and inside of mushroom cap with oil
  7. Grill mushroom (inside down on the grill) for 5 minutes
  8. Brush outside of mushroom with oil, and turn over
  9. Layer the mushroom cap with: cheese, ham then tomato
  10. Grill for an additional 5 minutes (until cheese starts to melt)
  11. Remove from the grill and place mushrooms on a bed of lettuce
  12. Season with salt & pepper
  13. Garnish
  14. Serve with dressing on the side
  15. ENJOY!!
