Ham And Cheese Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease a 1 1/2-quart deep baking dish. Heat milk in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat just until small bubbles start to form around edge.
  3. (Do not boil!)
  4. Add cereal and stir about 30 seconds until mixture starts to thicken.
  5. Remove from heat; add cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Add egg yolks; stir until blended.
  7. Stir in spinach, ham and onions.
  8. In a small bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  9. Fold egg whites into Cream of Wheat mixture with rubber spatula.
