Antiguan Spicy Paleo Barbecue Sauce
- 1 1/4 cups ketchup sugar free or Paleo
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 6 1/3 cups apple cider vinegar
- 6 3/4 tablespoons virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red pepper powder
- 3 tablespoons cayenne pepper powder
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 teaspoons stevia honey or xylitol, sweetener of your choice
- 1 teaspoon clove powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon celtic salt or Himalayan, optional
- 1 whole garlic crushed, or more if you love garlic
- 6 habanero or scotch bonnet peppers crushed in food mixer
- 1.tix all the above ingredients in a pot
- 2.timmer for 15 minutes on low heat
- 3.tse to glaze chicken, meat, burgers or seafood on grill, in oven or as a sauce with food of your choice
- 4.ttore in a glass jar in refrigerator until ready for use. Will stay fresh in refrigerator up to 6 months
