Cherry, Grape And Coconut Crumble Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 175c. Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Toss together all ingredients for filling and set aside.
  3. To prepare the crust, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together coconut oil and yogurt. Mix in Natvia and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour into the flour mixture and mix until just incorporated.
  6. Press dough into prepared pan and spread cherry filling on top.
  7. To prepare the topping, mix together all dry ingredients. Drizzle on coconut oil and stir well. Sprinkle topping over the cherry filling.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is cooked. Set aside to cool on a wire rack for an hour before slicing into bars.
