Sage Scented Montasio Cheese Mini-Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Combine the flour, butter, oil, milk, eggs, baking powder, salt, two pinches of sage, the parmesan cheese, and the montasio cheese together until the batter is of a firm and uniform consistency.
  3. Place the batter in the mini muffin liners or in the muffin maker molds.
  4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. They should be lightly golden. If using a muffin maker, cook the muffins for 10 to 13 minutes.
  5. Remove the muffins from the oven and sprinkle them with a mixture of parmesan cheese and sage.
