- low fat plain yogurt

- fresh mint leaves
- Place the beaters on the mixer, an aluminum bowl with a couple of tablespoons of cream in the freezer for ten minutes, just enough time to prepare the mixture.
- Wash strawberries and cut roughly and put them in a blender with yogurt and sugar, adjusting the density by adding more or less yogurt or strawberries in accordance with your taste.
- When the strawberries are pureed, pour into the glass and keep in refrigerator.
- Remove the bowl from the freezer and whip the cream with the mixer and whip.
- Wash and dry the mint leaves, pull out of the refrigerator's glass and garnish with whipped cream, chocolate flakes, mint and a couple of biscuits.
