Easy Vegan Breakfast Bowl Of Fruit | Almond-Chia Milk

  1. The night before I made the base which is one glass of almond milk mixed with 3/4 tablespoons of chia seeds. It has to set at least one hour, but I like to set overnight in the fridge. This morning I noticed it didn't have the thickness I liked it to have so next time I will add something like maple syrup? I've no idea if that would work haha I'm just saying.
  2. The next morning I just put the almond milk in a bowl with 1 banana and a few strawberries, When ready to serve, I topped it with cacao nibs and granola mixed with hazelnuts. Oh and I had some dried red fruits and added a few in my almond/chia milk.
