Zucchini And Ham Soup

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the oil, then add the onion, garlic, bacon, a pinch of coriander powder, and saute until the onion is translucent.
  2. Add the zucchini, coriander, and cook for two minutes without letting it stick, add the broth and if you find it's not enough add the remaining water, season (be careful in tasting it first, because the ham is already a little salty).
  3. Cook for five more minutes and accompany with a roast.
