Fresh Pork Leg Scaloppini

  1. 1. Pound fresh pork leg to 1/4-inch thickness
  2. 2. Bread pork using standard breading procedure
  3. 3. Melt butter over medium heat, add pork and cook 3 minutes per side or until golden brown
