Seafood Pasta With Poached Eggs

  1. Drizzle a frying pan with olive oil and saute the onion, garlic, and parsley over medium heat.
  2. Once it begins to brown, add the still-frozen cod, cover the pan, and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. After five minutes, add the tomatoes and enough water to cook the pasta.
  4. Once boiling, add the macaroni and flavor with salt to taste.
  5. When the pasta is about halfway cooked (after 4 or 5 minutes), stir it well and then add the eggs to the boiling water to poach.
  6. Cover the pan and let it cook until the eggs are done.
  7. Serve immediately.
