Crown O'Dill Halibut

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a pie plate, combine flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Dip both sides of fish steak in flour mixture.
  5. Place steaks in buttered baking dish.
  6. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, dill pickle, green onion, dill weed, lemon juice and seasoned salt.
  7. Spread sour cream mixture over fish.
  8. Sprinkle fish with cheese.
  9. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  10. Serve hot.
  11. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
