Crown O'Dill Halibut
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 or 5 halibut or swordfish steaks
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped dill pickle
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/3 c. (1 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- In a pie plate, combine flour, salt and pepper.
- Dip both sides of fish steak in flour mixture.
- Place steaks in buttered baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, dill pickle, green onion, dill weed, lemon juice and seasoned salt.
- Spread sour cream mixture over fish.
- Sprinkle fish with cheese.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Serve hot.
- Makes 4 to 5 servings.
