Oven-Baked Tomato Soup And Cheesed Bread

  1. Melt butter in a pot. Fry rosemary, onion and garlic till glassy. Then add paprika and curry. Fry a few extra second.
  2. Then add the canned and fresh tomatoes. Come to boil. Then add the vinegar.
  3. Put in the oven for 45 minutes on 180 degrees Celcius. Salt to taste.
  4. Blend until smooth. Back in the pot. Add double cream and come to boil.
  5. Shredded cheese on top of sliced bread. Roast in oven til golden.
  6. Serve
