Oven-Baked Tomato Soup And Cheesed Bread
- salt
- 1 red onion
- 1 canned tomatoes
- rosemary a branch
- 3 cloves garlic
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 6 3/4 tablespoons double cream
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon curry
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- bread
- shredded mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Melt butter in a pot. Fry rosemary, onion and garlic till glassy. Then add paprika and curry. Fry a few extra second.
- Then add the canned and fresh tomatoes. Come to boil. Then add the vinegar.
- Put in the oven for 45 minutes on 180 degrees Celcius. Salt to taste.
- Blend until smooth. Back in the pot. Add double cream and come to boil.
- Shredded cheese on top of sliced bread. Roast in oven til golden.
- Serve
