Teriyaki Pork Chops(8 Grams Fat Per Serving; 4 Servings)

  1. Combine garlic salt, ginger and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle each side of chops with garlic salt mixture.
  3. Heat skillet over high heat until hot.
  4. Add chops; reduce heat to medium.
  5. Cook chops approximately 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
  6. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  7. Add red pepper, carrot and green onions to skillet.
  8. Cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often.
  9. Combine orange juice, teriyaki sauce, cornstarch and Tabasco sauce; add to vegetables.
  10. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  11. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
  12. Serve pork chops over rice.
  13. Ladle vegetable mixture on top.
