Guilt-Free Fettuchini Alfredo Sauce

  1. In a saucepan, combine the water, greek yogurt and cream cheese.
  2. With heat setting on low, use a whisk to combine the ingredients. Whisk slowly and constantly as the heat melts and thickens the sauce. It may take up to 15 minutes to be a smooth sauce.
  3. Once smooth, whisk in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and let simmer (not boil). Every few minutes, whisk the sauce to ensure it isn't burning on the bottom.
  5. Pour over pasta and serve
