Rotini Pasta With Salmon And Cherry Tomato
- 4 1/8 cups rotini pasta
- 4 loins salmon, cut into cubes
- 2 soup spoon of olive oil
- 1 soup spoon of chive, sliced
- 7/8 cup cream
- 24 cherry tomatoes washed and cut in half
- salt
- Place a pan with warm water salt and a tablespoon of olive oil on the fire. When boiling add the pasta, and cook. Drain and reserve warm.
- Dry thoroughly the pieces of salmon, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large heavy-bottomed skillet, heat the other tablespoon of olive oil, and fry the pieces of salmon. Turne the pieces carefully so they cook evenly. Do not let the salmon cook too much, so you do not lose theire coolness. About 3 minutes will enough, depending on the size of the cubes.
- Remove the pieces from the pan and reserve warm.
- In the same pan, pour the soy cream. With the help of a wooden spoon, scrape the bottom so that they release the juices of the salmon. Cook until the cream thicken slightly. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped chives.
- Distribute the pasta among serving plates. Arrange over the cherry tomatoes, the cubes of salmon, sprinkle with the cream and serve immediately.
