Italian Hamburger
- hamburger bun
- veal cutlet
- flour
- egg
- breadcrumbs
- onion
- tomato puree
- 1/2 sugar
- thyme
- sage
- tomato Dried
- mozzarella
- salad
- Chop the onion and saute it in a pan with a little olive oil.
- Once browned, add the tomato puree, half a sugar cube, thyme and sage.
- Mix well. Set aside.
- Cut the hamburger buns in half.
- Place a good spoonful of onions in the tomato sauce.
- Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces and add them on top of the onions.
- Put a little bit of salad.
- Coat the cutlets with flour on both sides.
- Dip them in the egg and then in breadcrumbs.
- Heat a frying pan and put a knob of butter in it.
- Cook and brown the breaded cutlets.
- Cut the cutlets in 2. (As my cutlets were big, I used 1/2 by hamburger)
- Place it on the salad.
- Cut the mozzarella into pieces and add a few pieces on the breaded filet..
- Put the top of the burger on.
