Spinach Quiche
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. shredded yellow Cheddar cheese
- pat of butter
- Saute on stove spinach, onion, chicken bouillon, salt, pepper and garlic powder with pat of butter, uncovered, until dry.
- Beat with whisk, eggs, milk and heavy cream.
- Add Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Add shredded cheese to egg mixture.
- Mix well with spoon.
- Use 9-inch defrosted deep dish frozen pie crust.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour, until golden.
