Pavlova With Greek Yogurt And Red Fruit Topping

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
  2. Whip the egg whites, but not too much.
  3. Gradually, add the sugar, and beat until the whites are firm enough to form the pavlova.
  4. Add the sifted cornflour, and vinegar, and mix well.
  5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and draw a not very wide circle in it. Don't make it really large, to get a taller dessert.
  6. Place the egg whites in this circle, and mold with a spatula so the cake gets round and high.
  7. Put in the oven, reducing the heat to 120 C, and bake for about 1 hour.
  8. After this time, turn the oven off, but leave the pavlova inside until it cools completely.
  9. Garnish with Greek yogurt beaten until very creamy, and red fruits.
