Korean Barbecued Beef(Bul Ko Gi)

  1. Cut steak into narrow strips about 1/4 x 4-inch, cutting strips across the grain for tenderness.
  2. Combine rest of ingredients.
  3. Add meat pieces.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Marinate meat strips 15 to 30 minutes.
  6. Broil over hot charcoal.
  7. Turn meat only; thin strips should cook for 2 or 4 minutes.
  8. Cooking time depends on degree of doneness desired.
  9. Serves 5 to 6 persons.
