Saucy Carne Asada Tacos
- 2 pounds steak something fairly lean and good for sauteing
- 15 ounces diced tomatoes drained
- 1 packet McCormick Fajita Seasoning Mix
- 4 ounces jalapenos diced, drained
- 1 ounce onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 limes
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Chop steak into small cubes.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl coating the steak evenly.
- Place in fridge and let marinate overnight.
- Heat frying pan or skillet to medium-medium high and use a slotted spoon to scoop steak/tomatoes into skillet. Stir continuously until steak is cooked through and sauce is slightly reduced and bubbling.
- Serve on corn tortillas with just a bit of cheese and cilantro! Enjoy!
