Braised Chicken With Baby Spinach & White Beans

  1. Season chicken with thyme and pepper. Melt 1 tablespoon Brummel & Brown(R) Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken, turning once, about 6 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet; set aside.
  2. Add remaining 1/2 tablespoon Spread to same skillet and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until tender. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add broth and wine and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and return chicken to skillet. Simmer covered 5 minutes. Stir in beans and spinach. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
