Chicken Fantastic

• 4 c. deboned cooked chicken breast, cubed
• 1/2 c. hot liquid (reserved from cooking chicken)
• 2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes
• 1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice, cooked
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 c.cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
• 1 medium size jar sliced pimento, drained
• 1/2 c. chopped celery
• 1 can French style green beans, drained
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1/4 c. sour cream
• 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
• 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
• salt and pepper to taste

1. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350u0b0 for about 45 minutes.
2. Garnish with fresh parsley, grated cheese or paprika. Serves 12.
