Pork Escalope Filled With Beef Sausage
- 2 pork escalopes
- 2 slices ham
- beef sausage
- flour
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- dried herbs
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
- Make 2 pork escalops with a rolling pin even flatter.
- Facing each pork escalope with a slice ham and brush with a thick layer of beef sausage.
- Roll the pork escalops and bind it with kitchen twine.
- Roll the pork escalops in the flour, then a beaten egg and then breadcrumbs seasoned with salt and dried herbs.
- Bake the filled pork escalops around brown in hot butter.
- Place the filled pork escalops in an ovenproof dish and place the ovenproof dish for 25 minutes in the preheated oven so the pork escalops are cooked inside also.
- Serve with potatoes and a salad. Enjoy!
