Pork Escalope Filled With Beef Sausage

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
  2. Make 2 pork escalops with a rolling pin even flatter.
  3. Facing each pork escalope with a slice ham and brush with a thick layer of beef sausage.
  4. Roll the pork escalops and bind it with kitchen twine.
  5. Roll the pork escalops in the flour, then a beaten egg and then breadcrumbs seasoned with salt and dried herbs.
  6. Bake the filled pork escalops around brown in hot butter.
  7. Place the filled pork escalops in an ovenproof dish and place the ovenproof dish for 25 minutes in the preheated oven so the pork escalops are cooked inside also.
  8. Serve with potatoes and a salad. Enjoy!
