Home Made Granola
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- cinnamon
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
- 3 tablespoons canola oil or sunflower
- coconut shaving
- pumpkin seeds
- sunflower seeds
- flax seeds
- almonds
- pistachios whole
- raisins
- apricots
- blueberries
- Preheat oven to 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, mix oats and cinnamon.
- Add the maple syrup (or honey) and oil.
- Mix well.
- Add the coconut shavings, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, almonds, and pistachios.
- Mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of the mixture on baking pan.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until the granola is crisp.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Add the raisins, cranberries and apricots.
- Cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container, the granola will keep for about a month.
