Home Made Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper
  3. In a large bowl, mix oats and cinnamon.
  4. Add the maple syrup (or honey) and oil.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add the coconut shavings, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, almonds, and pistachios.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Spread a thin layer of the mixture on baking pan.
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes until the granola is crisp.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool.
  11. Add the raisins, cranberries and apricots.
  12. Cool completely.
  13. Store in an airtight container, the granola will keep for about a month.
