Brownie Mud Puddle Cake

• 4 sq. Baker's unsweetened baking chocolate
• 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
• 2 c. sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 c. flour
• 1 c. cold milk
• 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie mix
• 10 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (about 1/2 c.)

1. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on High 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
2. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
3. Stir in sugar.
4. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
5. Add flour and stir until well blended.
6. Spread into greased 12-inch pizza pan.
7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
8. Do not overbake. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
9. Add milk to pudding mix.
10. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes or until well blended; spread over brownie, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge.
11. Sprinkle with crushed cookies to resemble dirt.
12. Cut into 16 wedges to serve.
