Apricot Peach Chicken Stir Fry

  1. STIR preserves and teriyaki sauce in small bowl until blended. Set aside.
  2. HEAT 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet over high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Add garlic; stir-fry 15 seconds. Remove from skillet. Set aside.
  3. HEAT remaining 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add broccoli stir-fry. Stir-fry 3 minutes.
  4. ADD reserved chicken and preserves mixture. Cook 2 minutes or until sauce thickens and chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve with rice.
