Perfect And Easy Lighter Roasted Potatoes Recipe (No Goose Fat)
- 2 1/4 pounds potatoes rooster, red skin and yellow inside
- saffron
- garlic
- sea salt
- white pepper
- potato starch
- 3 teaspoons oil
- butter
- rosemary /oregano/thyme
- paprika dried
- Heat up your oven for 210 C.
- Pell your potatoes and cut them into desired sizes. Fill a large pot with cold water and season with salt, saffron and white pepper. On high heat set to boil. nhis will take about 15 minutes. When your water is boiling drain your potatoes.
- Line them up on your baking sheet. Toss around garlic cloves cut in half.
- In a coffee cup add butter and let in melt in your microwave. After add your potato starch, sea salt and oil. If you would like to reduce the calories more you can add water into your cup, too. nith a food brush your potatoes from every side. All sides should be coated but your baking sheet should not be too oily to ensure your do not use too much of fat.
- Sprinkle with fresh or dried herbs. I believe rosemary is the best for roasted potatoes.
- Turn your potatoes every 15 minutes. You will have beautiful and delicious roasted potatoes in less than an hour. nnEnjoy.
