Fruit Crumble With Pear And Pistachio

  1. Optional - Roast sliced pears in a 425 F oven for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  3. Lightly grease an 8 inch baking pan.
  4. In a large bowl, combine syrup, oats, flour, salt and oil.
  5. Mix until crumbly.
  6. Spread the fruit and nuts evenly in the greased pan.
  7. Sprinkle with Russian Mulling Spice and top with crumb mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40min, or until golden brown.
