Quick Cake With Sugar Frosting

  1. Preheat oven to 180. degrees Celsius.
  2. Grease a small round pie tin with margarine and sprinkle it with flour. Set it aside.
  3. Combine the eggs, sugar and orange zest in a mixing bowl and set to temperature 37, speed 4.
  4. Add butter and cream and whip at level.
  5. 5 for 1 minute.
  6. Finally add the flour and baking powder and mix for a few seconds at speed 3.
  7. Check if the dough is homogeneous.
  8. Pour the dough into the pan and sprinkle with sugar abundantly.
  9. Place in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes.
  10. Check the cooking, remove from the oven, wait a few minutes and unmold carefully not to break much of the cover.
