Chicken Cheese Gravy - By Palwasha (Kinfolks)

  1. Marinate chicken in egg white, black pepper, Chinese salt, cornflour,salt, put it in refrigerator for 2 hours
  2. In a cooking pan add one cup oil and add tomatoes in it and cook it until tomatoes became tender, add red chili pepper, salt, black pepper, fried onion, ginger garlic paste and cook it for 5 min, when its done add cheese slice and cook it on lower heat, cheese gets melt turn off the stove
  3. Coat the marinated chicken in breadcrumbs and deep fry it until golden brown, add this chicken in your gravy and mix it well, serve it with simple boiled rice or fried rice its totally up to you, enjoy your chicken cheese gravy.
