Mexican Salad

  1. Empty into a bowl the lemon
  2. jello and add the very hot water. Stir in the sugar,
  3. salt,
  4. vinegar
  5. and
  6. chili powder. Cool. Meanwhile, prepare the
  7. vegetables.
  8. When
  9. the
  10. gelatin mixture is slightly thickened,
  11. add
  12. the vegetables and fruit. Blend thoroughly.
  13. Refrigerate for 3
  14. to
  15. 4 hours.
  16. To unmold, hold in hot water for a few
  17. seconds and turn on a chef plate. Arrange salad greens around mold.
