Almond Orange Cupcakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Beat in the eggs 1 by 1 then mix in the almond flour, orange zest, and orange juice.
  4. Sift in the cornstarch mixed with the baking powder and beat until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into pre-greased cupcake pans.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
  7. Once the cupcakes are cool, glaze them.
  8. To make the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with just a few drops of orange juice at a time until you get the consistency of condensed milk.
