One Pan Meal!

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.neppers, cut the tops off,nlean out the insides andninse them off,nhen slice them long ways.
  2. Tomatoes, cut off the ends,ninse them off, then quarter. nut the green, red peppers and tomatoes into a cake pan.
  3. Garlic bulb, separate all of the cloves of garlic from the bulb,nhen skin the cloves after taking off the ends.nhen put garlic cloves into the cake pan with the peppers and tomatoes.
  4. Onions, slice off the top and bottoms and take off the first layer of skin,nash them off with running water. Next quarter the onionsnnd put them into the cake pan with the peppers, tomatoes, and garlic.
  5. Potatoes, scrub, rinse and then cut in half.nhen put potatoes into the cake pan with the peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and onions.
  6. Steak, Rinse the steak off, cut into small bite size pieces. next put pieces of steak into the pan with the peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and onions.
  7. Sprinkle sea salt, and pepper on top of the veggies and meat.ntir. Melt a couple tablespoons of coconut oil and stir it into the veggies and meat mixture.
  8. Put pan into the oven.net it cook for about 30 minutes.nake it out and stir.nut back into the ovennor another 30 minutes.
