Honey Bunnies(Makes 15 Bunnies)

  1. In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, undissolved yeast and salt.
  2. Heat evaporated milk, honey and butter until very warm (120u0b0 to 130u0b0).
  3. Butter does not need to melt.
  4. Gradually add to dry ingredients; beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally.
  5. Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes at high speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
  6. With spoon, stir in enough additional flour to make stiff batter.
  7. Place in bowl coated with Baker's Joy; spray top of dough with Baker's Joy. Cover tightly with plastic; refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
