Homemade Chicken Kebap
- 3 2/3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/8 cups water warm
- salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons fresh yeast
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 1/2 zucchini peeled and chopped
- 2 chicken fillets cooked and chopped
- 2 tomatoes peeled and chopped
- ground black pepper
- curry powder
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Celsius.
- Mix the flour, water, and 10 grams of salt. Add the yeast just a few minutes before finishing. Knead for 15 minutes by hand.
- Divide the dough into 80-gram balls. Let them rise for 45 minutes in a bowl covered with a moist rag.
- Sprinkle some flour on a cutting board.
- Using a rolling pin, stretch each dough ball until it is 1-1.5 cm thick.
- Place on a hot baking sheet or baking stone and bake for about 3 minutes.
- The dough balls will expand and inflate.
- Remove from the oven and open with a serrated knife.
- Add the oil to a skillet on low heat. Saute the onion and zucchini for 5 minutes, stirring often.
- Add the chopped chicken fillet and continue to cook for a few minutes.
- Add the tomatoes. Season with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and curry powder.
