Almond Tofu

  1. Whip together 1/4 cup soy sauce, peanut butter, garlic powder and onion powder.
  2. Mix with the tofu cubes and marinate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in skillet; add tofu and brown until liquid is absorbed.
