Deliciously Tasting Fudgy Brownies
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar Organic if possible
- 7 1/3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 11 1/2 ounces milk chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs Organic if possible
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder Organic is possible
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons milk
- Step 1: Set oven to 325F degrees. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan, use aluminum foil and non-stick cooking spray.
- Step 2: In a medium sized saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, and water. Heat to almost boil.
- Step 3: Remove it from the heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla extract; stir until all chocolate melts.
- Step 4: Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl of your choice. Use an electric or stand mixer, beat in eggs, mixing again after each egg.
- Step 5: Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- Step 6: Pour brownie batter into prepared pan. Bake for about 50 minutes. Check after 40.
