Elaine'S Green Chili Hash

  1. Boil chicken in water with salt and flavor enhancer until chicken is tender.
  2. Debone chicken, discarding skin.
  3. Chop into bite size pieces.
  4. Put chicken into pot with 1 1/2-quarts chicken broth.
  5. Add onions, eggs, chilies, pimientos and black pepper. Cook 5 minutes.
  6. Stir together cornstarch and 1/2 cup milk, then add the other 1/2 cup milk.
  7. Add this to boiling chicken mixture, stirring constantly until thickened.
  8. Serve over rice.
  9. Serves 6 to 8.
