Baked Apricot-Pecan Oatmeal

  1. HEAT oven to 375u0b0F. Coat 8-inch square baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. STIR oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
  3. WHISK milk, egg, butter and vanilla in medium bowl. Stir in preserves.
  4. ADD milk mixture to oat mixture. Stir until blended. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with pecans.
  5. BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until set in center. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
