Baked Apricot-Pecan Oatmeal
- Crisco Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ounces Smucker's(R) Apricot Preserves
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- HEAT oven to 375u0b0F. Coat 8-inch square baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
- STIR oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
- WHISK milk, egg, butter and vanilla in medium bowl. Stir in preserves.
- ADD milk mixture to oat mixture. Stir until blended. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with pecans.
- BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until set in center. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
