Salad With Mustard Chicken And Apple

  1. Coat the chicken strips with 1 tablespoon of mustard and place in a coned bowl into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet on medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the chicken and saute for about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, add the apple slices and 1 teaspoon of balsamic cream. Toss well. Add the apple slices to the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Add the remaining mustard and balsamic cream to a bowl with the olive oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix well. Add the lettuce and toss in the dressing.
  5. Plate the lettuce and top with the chicken and apples.
