White And Dark Chocolate Blondie

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Coat a 15 by 25 cm. rectangular pan with parchment paper.
  3. Dice the butter into small squares and melt in a saucepan along with the brown sugar.
  4. Add the eggs one by one, followed by the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and the vanilla extract. Mix everything together well with a spatula.
  5. Pour the batter out into the pan. Sprinkle the chocolate pieces and dried fruits on top.
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
