White And Dark Chocolate Blondie
- 9/16 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 7 1/16 tablespoons white chocolate chunked
- 7 1/8 tablespoons dark chocolate chunked
- 3 9/16 tablespoons dried fruits
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Coat a 15 by 25 cm. rectangular pan with parchment paper.
- Dice the butter into small squares and melt in a saucepan along with the brown sugar.
- Add the eggs one by one, followed by the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and the vanilla extract. Mix everything together well with a spatula.
- Pour the batter out into the pan. Sprinkle the chocolate pieces and dried fruits on top.
- Bake 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
