Beef And Potato Casserole
- 4 c. frozen potato rounds or tots
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- Place potatoes on bottom and up sides of an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Brown beef.
- Drain.
- Place beef, broccoli, 1/2 of onions and the tomato in the potato shell.
- Combine mushroom soup, milk, 1/2 cheese soup and black pepper.
- Pour over beef mixture.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese soup and onions.
- Bake, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes longer.
