Creole Shrimp Scampi

  1. In a 2 to 2 1/2 quart pot, cook shrimp, salt, pepper, oil and paprika for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add the garlic, parsley, margarine, green peppers, onion, celery and bay leaf.
  3. Cook until slightly tender, approximately 4 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables.
  5. Add tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes longer.
