Savory Cod Pie With Cheese And Olives

  1. Preheat oven to 180u0b0C (approximately 350u0b0F).
  2. Spread dough in a pie dish lined with parchment paper.
  3. Trim hanging edges of dough and prick the bottom of dough with a fork.
  4. Cook cod.
  5. Remove skin and bones and finely shred.
  6. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk.
  7. Spread codfish, cheese and olives in the pie shell. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Pour the egg mixture over fish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until custard is firm.
