Tortilla Pinwheels
- 1 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 pkg. deli beef
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 to 6 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 garlic powder
- salsa (for dip)
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (optional)
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives (optional)
- Combine sour cream, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, green onion, garlic powder and season salt in bowl; mix well. Divide in 5 or 6 portions. Spread 1 portion on each tortilla. Top spread with beef deli slices in single layer. Roll to enclose filling. Enclose each tortilla in plastic wrap, twisting ends to seal tightly. Chill for several hours or overnight. Cut in 1/2 to 3/4-inch slices. Serve with salsa.
