Ice Cream Sundae Bar
- butterscotch sauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter chopped
- hot fudge sauce
- 1 2/3 cups heavy cream
- 7 ounces dark chocolate chopped
- brownies Easy Chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter melted
- 3 1/2 ounces dark chocolate melted
- 3/4 cup self-rising flour sifted
- 2 ounces milk chocolate chopped
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- candy bar crushed honeycomb, to serve
- sprinkles to serve
- candy assorted, to serve
- morello cherries to serve
- Fresh berries to serve
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Lightly grease and line an 8 inch square cake pan with parchment paper.
- To make the butterscotch sauce, heat all ingredients over medium heat, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 3-4 mins. Set aside.
- To make the hot fudge sauce, heat cream until almost boiling. Add chocolate, stirring, until smooth. Set aside.
- To make the easy chocolate brownies, whisk together eggs, sugar and butter. Add dark chocolate, stirring until smooth. Add flour and milk chocolate. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 15-20 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan then cut into small pieces.
- Set table with ice cream dishes, scoops and spoons. Serve ice cream with butterscotch sauce, hot fudge sauce, brownies and assorted toppings.
