Chicken With Yogurt (Indian)(Serves 4 To 6)

  1. Put chopped onions, garlic and ginger in an electric blender. Add 6 tablespoons of water and blend.
  2. Fry chicken in oil for 7 to 8 minutes until they're brown on all sides.
  3. Turn heat to low and put paste from blender with chicken pieces.
  4. Raise heat to medium and fry 9 to 10 minutes.
  5. Add yogurt, one tablespoon at a time, and stir for another 10 minutes.
  6. Add salt and cayenne pepper.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  9. Serve with any kind of rice.
