Soy Lime Grilled Tuna

  1. In a bowl, add the soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger and give it a good stir.
  2. Keep 2 tablespoons worth of marinade to the side and use the remaining amount to coat the tuna. Keep the tuna marinating at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. When the fish is ready to be cooked, remove and pat down with a dry paper towel.nurn on your grill pan over a high heat, lightly brush the pan with the coconut oil. Grill the fish 3 to 5 minutes on both sides for medium rare or 6 to 8 minutes for medium well.
  4. Steam or boil the broccoli until tender, drain and toss it in with the marinade kept aside. Serve hot with the tuna over the broccoli.
