Chocolate And Almond Brownies
- 3 eggs
- 15/16 cup baking chocolate dark
- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 3/8 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 yogurt banana
- 9/16 cup almond flakes
- powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
- Break the chocolate into squares in bowl, add butter, and melt in the microwave for 1 minute at full power.
- In a large bowl, mix the sugar with flour and baking powder.
- Then, add eggs, vanilla extract, and stir well.
- Add the melted chocolate, yogurt, and mix everything.
- Finish by adding the flaked almonds, mixing them in gently.
- Pour the batter into a rectangular tray, previously buttered and lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 40 minutes.
- Let cool, turn out, cut in squares.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
