Chicken Broccoli Casserole
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 c. chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 chicken (about 3 lb.), cooked and cut into pieces
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- In medium skillet, melt butter; add stuffing mix and celery. Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add 3/4 cup water.
- Place 1 cup in bottom of a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
- Distribute uncooked, thawed broccoli over stuffing mix and cover with chicken pieces.
- In medium bowl, combine chicken soup and mayonnaise.
- Spread over chicken and top with reserved cup of browned stuffing mix.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly.
- Can be made day before.
