Chicken Broccoli Casserole

  1. In medium skillet, melt butter; add stuffing mix and celery. Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Add 3/4 cup water.
  3. Place 1 cup in bottom of a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
  4. Distribute uncooked, thawed broccoli over stuffing mix and cover with chicken pieces.
  5. In medium bowl, combine chicken soup and mayonnaise.
  6. Spread over chicken and top with reserved cup of browned stuffing mix.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly.
  8. Can be made day before.
